At Heavenly Horses, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we inspire positive life experiences through our programs, fostering deep bonds between horses and people. Based in Williston, Florida, just 20 minutes from the World Equestrian Center in Ocala’s “Horse Capital of the World,” we rely on volunteers to care for our horses, support our mentorship efforts, and grow our organization to impact more horses and people. Whether you’re passionate about horses or skilled in business operations, your time and talents can make a lasting difference.

Volunteer Opportunities

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds to join our mission in Williston’s vibrant equestrian community. Your involvement can help our horses thrive and empower future stewards of the horse. Opportunities include:

• Horse Care and Rehabilitation: Assist with feeding, grooming, and supporting our Equine Rehabilitation Program’s specialized care for horses with medical or behavioral needs.
• Mentorship Support: Guide mentees in our Mentorship Program, teaching equine care and leadership, or serve as a riding instructor to enhance their learning.
• Nonprofit Operations and Growth: Contribute your expertise in areas like:
  • Legal support (attorneys) for organizational compliance.
