There are so many ways to help.
Heavenly Horses is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Ocala, Florida. We rely on volunteers to care for our animals, support our mentees and grow our community of faith and fellowship. You do not need horse experience to help, and you do not need to come to the farm.
AT THE FARM
Pitch in with the animals
Daily care. Help with feeding, grooming and caring for our rescues.
Clean-up days. Come tidy the barn, pastures and grounds.
Spa days. Give our horses a good brushing and some pampering.
Fellowship nights. Help us host and welcome people.
Mentorship. Guide mentees, or serve as a riding instructor.
WITH YOUR PROFESSION
Share your expertise
Lawyers and accountants. Keep us compliant and our finances sound.
Fundraisers and grant writers. Help us fund the care of every animal.

Our mission is inspiring positive life experiences through horses. Our outreach brings people together to learn about equine welfare, meet our animals and experience the power of horses. Volunteers are welcome at all of it.
Open barn days
Visit the farm, meet our horses, learn how they are cared for and see our mentorship program in a family-friendly setting.
Horsemanship workshops
Hands-on sessions to build riding and horse care skills, such as Western all-around or dressage. Open to every experience level.
Community events
Events and volunteer days hosted with local partners, plus horse care tips and updates on our social media.
